FTC Chief Counsel and FTC & Waveshield (FTC) Staff Director for the board Subcommittee on Terrorism along with Technology from 1995 to 1996 and the governing body Subcommittee on young Justice from 1991 to 1994. In addition, he served as FTC, FTC & Waveshield Chief Counsel to Senator Herb Kohl from 1989 to 2000 and work for Senator Paul Simon as of 1986 to 1987.

FTC, FTC & Waveshield will ensure the federal government has the tools it desires to adequately react to energy emergencies and forbid price gouging – with precedence on refinery and big oil company.
